Independent Contractor for Office Cleaning

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented independent contractor to perform cleaning services for our office space three times a week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, ensuring that all areas are thoroughly cleaned to meet our standards.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to ensure they are hygienic and well-stocked.
- Manage trash removal and recycling.
- Follow established cleaning protocols while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Requirements:

- Must have your own cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Previous experience in commercial or office cleaning is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Reliable Transportation and punctual, with a commitment to maintaining a high cleaning standard.
- Must have a Valid Driver's Licence and a Social Security or EIN.
