Location: Local Warehousing Facility in Pooler, GA
Status: Immediate Start
Compensation: $16.50/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks within the warehouse facility.
  
• Sanitize restrooms, mop floors, manage paper towel supplies, and dispose of trash.
  
• Maintain clean break rooms by sweeping, mopping, and managing trash cans.
  
• Regularly check and maintain warehouse trash bins and ensure outdoor cleanliness.
  
• Clean office spaces including dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and vacuuming as needed.

Requirements:

• Preferably 2+ years of experience in janitorial or custodial roles.
  
• Ability to adapt to a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  
• Willingness to train on using high-reach lift trucks for overhead cleaning.
  
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and weekends.
  
• Team-oriented mindset.
  
• Capability to train on operating a floor scrubber.
  
• Understanding of safe chemical handling, including caustics and acids.
  
• Proficiency in using a pressure washer safely.
  
• Competency in reading, writing, and communicating in English to comprehend job-related terminology.
  
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
  
• Commitment to workplace safety.
  
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, kneel, squat, stoop, and carry items.
  
• Capacity to work in warm, dusty environments.
  
• Strong organizational skills to enhance job efficiency.
  
• Precision and timeliness in work execution.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
  
• Previous experience in warehousing environments is a plus.
