Bowery Meat Company is looking for experienced BOHcandidates.
We seek a Line Cook/Grill/Boiler/Dishwasher/Saute/ to join our team!

Ideal candidates will have:
A minimum of one year of experience working as a linecook/prep cook/grill in a fast-paced,
high-volumekitchen.
Experience in all meal periods.
A passion for food and a strong work ethic
Possess DOH certification - Plus.
Team player who respects the facility, its equipment, andfellow staff members
Must be able to work at night and weekends
Compensation is based on experience
Duties:
Work the line for service
Keep a clean and organized workstation
Make sure the station is appropriately stocked for shift
Maintain all necessary parts
Follow prep sheets, fire sheets, and station sheets
Prep and execution of food items.
Abide by and uphold company policies, standards, andstate sanitation/health regulations.
Ensure and maintain safe and secure workingconditions/environment, and ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of thekitchen facilities and equipment.
