Responsibilities

- Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to maintain high standards of food handling and preparation.
- Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to health regulations and food safety protocols.
- Prepare high-quality dishes in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
- Assist in catering events, ensuring timely delivery of food services while maintaining quality control.
- Participate in staff meetings to discuss menu changes, special events, and team performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in the food service management sector.
- Strong knowledge of dietary department practices and fine dining standards.
- Proficient in menu planning, food management, and catering operations.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with food handling regulations and safety protocols.
- Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff while fostering a positive work environment.
