JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Front Desk Support Attendant AKA "Rooms Generalist" will be responsible for supporting and functioning within the Front Desk Team of the hotel. The goal of this position is to support the hotel in the manner required for the hotel to operate smoothly and create a positive experience for the guests.

DETAILS:
Pays $19.00/ hour
Full Time
Ideal Hours: 11am-7pm OR 12pm-8pm (negotiable)
Ideal Days: Thursday-Tuesday (negotiable)

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- A resident of Central Oregon
- Must be Self-Driven
- Must have strong Customer Service Skills
- Must work well under pressure

DUTIES:
- Provide excellent Customer Service to hotel guests
- Assist Front Desk team with "running" in order to get Guests settled (extra linens, towels, amenities, etc.)
- Assist Front Desk team with checking guests into rooms on POS system as needed
- Occasionally helping with shuttle services
- Physical Stamina & Ability to stand for long hours, lift and carry objects (2050 lbs.)
