This is a part-time position. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties. This includes, but is not limited to: warmly greeting each and every guest and colleague, answering phones, handling company inquiries, completing guest registration and room assignment, as well as cashier work. Candidate must possess ability to handle a variety of tasks/requests at one time, and the ability to deal with a diverse set of individuals. Patience and politeness is key.

Responsibilities
- Welcome, greet, and make guests feel comfortable and valued for the duration of their visit
- Properly perform check-in/check-out procedures in regards to guest accounts
- Keep accurate account of monies in cash drawer
- Answer phones
- Respond promptly and courteously to any guest request
- Keep professional attitude and demeanor during all guest interactions
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of resort services/functions and community events, including details such as: dates/times/locations
Qualifications
