4th of July Event Staff / Bartenders Needed. 21+ Only

Templeton Mercantile is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Event Staff/ Bartender. Events specifically include but are not limited to, the annual 4th Of July event in Downtown Templeton.

Templeton Mercantile (Located at 508 S. Main St.) is home to Pig Iron restaurant and Club Car Bar, as well as a mobile cocktail trailer which services offsite events as needed. We will be operating at full capacity both onsite and offsite this coming 4th of July holiday and are looking for professional, experienced and motivated individuals aged 21+ to help us bring good drinks + good times to the Templeton community.

Ideal candidates should:
- Hold a current and valid RBS (Responsible Beverage Server) certification from ABC
- Be 21+
- Have proven working experience in a restaurant
- Know how to spot and resolve problems efficiently and professionally
- Provide high quality customer service to a wide variety of guests
- Maintain a knowledge of classic cocktail recipes
- Be able and willing to learn new concepts and recipes
- Be capable of taking on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Possess excellent communication skills and be able to work closely with others
- Manage and maintain an accurate cash drawer
- Have a passion for the hospitality industry, keeping up with bartending trends and best practices, and know how to clean as you go
- Be able to work on their feet for long periods of time in a fast paced environment
- Be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
- Be able to read and comprehend English
