JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Clean Keep all areas clean and pristine.

Safe Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Friendly Use customer courtesy skills of Family Style Service to provide superior guest service.

Fun Have fun! Be interactive with all internal and external guests while maintaining professional standards.

Responsible for developing and maintaining positive guest relations.

Responsible for taking orders from patrons and returning these orders in a timely manner.

Responsible for keeping area in a clean and orderly manner.

Must have knowledge of patron limitations and company policy and procedures regarding limitations.

Handle guest relations and minor guest disputes and demonstrate resiliency in dealing with difficult guests in all types of business conditions.

Performs other duties as assigned.

WORKING CONDITIONS/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Ability to read, write, and understand simple instructions.

Knowledge of all special events and promotional activities.

Knowledge of all bar equipment, Micros, Bar System, Alcohol Beverage Control laws, and gaming laws.

Able to handle situations that may arise due to intoxication.

Ability to communicate with all departments and fellow team members.

Knowledge of sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of alcohol.

Ability to accurately perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures and an interruptive environment

Must possess the ability to move effectively and efficiently throughout the casino

Walking/Standing 90%

Bending/lifting 10% - (Overhead, arms length, up to 10 lbs.).

Work Area

Casino environment exposed to smoke, bright lights, high noise levels and varied temperatures. May include a boat and/or a floating barge.

High rise hotel and atrium.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Six months experience in cocktail serving preferred.

Must be able to maintain a pleasant, friendly and welcoming attitude at all times.

Must complete all required company training.
