Fairbanks is an exciting new dining concept set to open in the charming town of Lewiston, NY. We are dedicated to delivering an exceptional culinary experience, combining innovative dishes with impeccable service. As we prepare to open our doors, we are seeking talented and experienced Line Cooks to join our team and help create a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies.
  • Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
  • Assist in the development of new menu items and specials.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef and Sous Chef.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Line Cook in a high-end restaurant or similar setting.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor with a passion for culinary excellence.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
