What Youll DoOversee day-to-day dining room operations to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction Support hiring, training, and development of front-of-house team members Lead by example, fostering a culture of hospitality, professionalism, and teamwork Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service and operational flow Monitor floor performance, guest feedback, and employee engagement to optimize the guest experience Assist in meeting restaurant goals including cost control, staff productivity, and revenue targets
What You Bring to the TableProven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a supervisory role within an upscale, high-volume restaurant Strong knowledge of front-of-house operations and a passion for exceptional guest service Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills A hands-on, positive attitude with the ability to inspire and motivate team members Focus on operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and team development

Required SkillsMinimum three (3) of experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles in high-volume, full-service dining
