Job DetailsWere seeking a host with experience and knowledge of the Metro Detroit restaurant scene. As the first and last point of contact, the host sets the tone for the guest experience and plays a key role in communication and flow.
Key Responsibilities
Manage reservations, phone inquiries, and guest communications
Communicate guest requests, allergies, and preferences to the service team
Maintain and organize printed menus and boards
Support ambiance through music, lighting, and guest pacing
Assist with opening and closing duties across the FOH
Handle guest complaints with calm and empathy

Ability to lead by example, support the team, and solve problems graciously
Weekend availability required
