Job Details The Lambs Club is seeking an enthusiastic Breakfast Server with a passion for the industry. The ideal candidate is studied, precise, and possesses a desire to evolve. Must be up to date on industry trends, and has knowledge and understanding of high end New York City restaurants. Weekend availability a must as well as Breakfast/Lunch.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Michelin restaurants.
• In depth knowledge of food, spirits, cocktails, and wines.
• Must have full availability (Nights, weekends, holidays).
• A strong work ethic is a must.
• Team player mentality must be able to work well with others.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, polished appearance with the ability to exceed our guests' expectations.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and be able to multitask.
• Ability to understand and speak about menu items.
• Maintain composure during busy times.
• Must have a complete understanding of fine dining service.
• Ability to suggest menu items and upsell.
• Must be able to problem solve and be open to constructive criticism.
• Punctuality is a must.
• Candidates with sommelier certification a bonus.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($16.50) plus tips
