This leadership role will manage all aspects of Front of House restaurant operations. You Should Have:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership position at a restaurant
  • Expert food and beverage knowledge (WSET a plus)
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict management abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to teach and mentor employees
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills with proficiency in Google Docs
  • Flexible work schedule with ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • NY Food Handlers Certificate a plus
  • English Fluency, Spanish knowledge is a plus
  • The ability to meet the physical demands for this position, including: seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, frequently lifting up to 25 pounds, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($70,000.00 - $85,000.00)
