What You’ll Do – Your Role in Guest Experience As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you’ll be the heartbeat of guest comfort, ensuring every room is clean, refreshed, and inviting. Your efforts directly shape the guest’s first impression—and lasting memory.

• Clean guest rooms to Hilton brand standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and refreshing bathrooms.

• Restock amenities and ensure guest supplies are consistently available.

• Follow cleaning checklists with precision and efficiency.

• Respond to guest requests and communicate any room issues to maintenance or management.

• Uphold Hilton's safety and sanitation procedures.

• Take pride in your work and contribute to a positive, supportive team environment.

What You Bring – Skills that Shine

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.

• Positive attitude and passion for delivering a welcoming guest experience.

• Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and bend throughout your shift.
