As a receptionist you will be working hand in hand with the Shop Manager and the customers to ensure that you provide excellent customer service!

Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls, emails, and inquiries from customers and prospects
• Set up and provide estimates for customers
• Scheduling appointments, verifying customer information, and collecting payments
• Following company policies and procedures for safety and quality

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of operating a business phone
• Excel and Word experience
• Computer skills
