All Foh Staff Needed

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team. The ideal candidates will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is crucial in creating a positive dining experience and requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Country club setting, automatic 18% gratuity. Great for students or second jobs.
Duties
Greet guests warmly as they arrive.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and drinks while ensuring all guests' needs are met promptly.
Address guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and care.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining tables.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding service are essential.
Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus, but can be taught on the job.
Own reliable transportation is needed, no public available.
