Position Summary :
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for our clients, visitors and vendors at our Louisville office. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment and while providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations at our front desk. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced professional services environment.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendars for staff
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Support the accounting team with occasional clerical duties
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 3+ years' experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
