The modern-casual meatball and butchery-inspired concept is the first of its kind to launch in Phoenix. Brought to you by the visionaries and operators of Tomasos, Hash Kitchen, The Mexicano, and The Sicilian Baker. The Sicilian Butcher is a chef-driven neighborhood restaurant developed by celebrity chef Joey Maggiore.

A Day in the Life
As a Dishwasher at The Sicilian Butcher, you are a vital part of keeping the kitchen running smoothly. You ensure that all cookware, dishes, and utensils are cleaned, sanitized, and properly stored supporting the kitchen team in delivering high-quality food with precision and speed.
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans by hand or using a commercial dishwasher
- Keep dishwashing stations clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Monitor dishwasher temperatures to ensure sanitation standards
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas
- Take out trash and clean garbage bins and kitchen floors as needed
- Organize and store clean kitchen items properly
- Monitor and restock dish detergents and cleaning supplies
- Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the Kitchen Manager
- Perform other duties as assigned by upper management

Un Dia en la Vida
Como lavavajillas en The Sicilian Butcher, eres esencial para el funcionamiento eficiente de la cocina. Aseguras que todos los utensilios, platos y equipos de cocina esten limpios, desinfectados y listos para usar.
- Lavar platos, vasos, utensilios, ollas y sartenes a mano o con lavavajillas
- Mantener las estaciones de lavado limpias, organizadas y abastecidas
- Verificar la temperatura del lavavajillas para garantizar un ciclo de limpieza sanitario
- Mantener limpias las areas de trabajo y el equipo de cocina
- Sacar la basura y limpiar los botes de basura y el piso de la cocina segun sea necesario
- Organizar y almacenar adecuadamente los articulos limpios de cocina
- Reponer detergentes y productos de limpieza
- Informar de cualquier problema con el equipo al Jefe de Cocina
- Cumplir con otras tareas segun lo indique la gerencia
