Who We Are
The modern-casual meatball and butchery-inspired concept is the first of its kind to launch in Phoenix. Brought to you by the visionaries and operators of Tomasos, Hash Kitchen, The Mexicano, and The Sicilian Baker. The Sicilian Butcher is a chef-driven neighborhood restaurant developed by celebrity chef Joey Maggiore.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Prior barista or coffee service experience preferred
- Must have a current food handler card or be able to obtain one
- Friendly, upbeat, and customer-focused
- Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
- Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy every need of our guests
A Day in the Life
As a Barista at The Sicilian Butcher, you are the morning artistcarefully crafting every cup like a signature brushstroke. Youll provide quick, efficient, and friendly service, ensuring guests start or end their meal on a high note.
- Prepare and serve all coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks to brand specifications
- Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station at all times
- Interact warmly with guests and assist with menu questions or suggestions
- Take and process orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Restock supplies and communicate low inventory to management
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
- Assist with other FOH tasks as assigned by management
