Who We Are
The modern-casual meatball and butchery-inspired concept is the first of its kind to launch in Phoenix. Brought to you by the visionaries and operators of Tomasos, Hash Kitchen, The Mexicano, and The Sicilian Baker. The Sicilian Butcher is a chef-driven neighborhood restaurant developed by celebrity chef Joey Maggiore.

A Day in the Life
As a Busser at The Sicilian Butcher, youll be a key part of the Front of House team, working alongside servers and support staff to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room. Your efforts ensure every guest enjoys a smooth and memorable dining experience.
- Set tables with silverware, napkins, glassware, and condiments before service
- Clear dirty dishes and reset tables promptly after guests leave
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining room and server stations
- Support servers by delivering food and beverages when needed
- Respond quickly to guest requests and communicate with team members
- Ensure sanitation and safety regulations are followed in all FOH areas
- Perform other duties as assigned by upper management
