Job Outline:
Position is responsible for general cleaning of non-production areas, except for bathrooms located downstairs within the production area. Also responsible for hallways, offices, restrooms, and break areas. TASKS include dusting, mopping, vacuuming, stripping and waxing of floors, trash collection and removal to onsite dumpsters.
Must be able to climb up and down stairs. Must be able to tolerate standing/walking for the duration of the shift. Must be able to lift 40 or more pounds repetitively throughout the shift. Must be able to operate cleaning machinery. Must be able to use both arms above and below shoulder level as needed. Occasional kneeling, bending and twisting at waist are required. Must be able to work in areas that have strong smells., cold, wet or damp.
