Food and Beverage Manager

Lona, which will located in the Noelle, is a dynamic modern Mexican restaurant brought to life by the creative collaboration of renowned chefs Richard Sandoval and Pablo Salas. Lona aims to redefine the Mexican dining experience by combining traditional flavors with contemporary techniques and artistic presentation.

Noelle serves as a gathering place for some of the city's most interesting voices and makers as it continues to contribute to the spirit that makes it so unique.

This leader possesses the ability to stay calm under pressure and to understand that the guest experience should be unparalleled at the minimum. They are a thoughtful and understanding leader who inspires and mentors. They are intrigued and excited by creating one-of-a-kind experiences and partner closely with the Banquets and Food + Beverage teams on events and daily experiences to achieve that goal. They are the eyes and ears of the department and keenly watch over things with a passion for perfection.

Requested Tasks

-Hire and train team members

-Oversee the operational management of all Food + Beverage experiences

-Keenly monitor and manage team members

-Supervise and manage inventory, labor, and other administrative tasks within Food + Beverage

Requested Capabilities

-Prior experience as a Restaurant or Front of House manager required, prior events experience highly preferred

-Strong leadership organizational and communications skillset

-Ability to work swiftly and thoughtfully in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent standards
