12 month / 260 days / 8 hours per day / 7:30a - 4:30p Monday - Friday
SUMMARY Serves as the main receptionist for LCPS and performs other support services for the central office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Greets and screens visitors.
- Manages multi-line telephone system.
- Provides information to the central office, schools, and general public.
- Manages distribution of all mail.
- Maintains central office building usage calendar and message board.
- Provides support to all central office departments, as needed.
- Serves as an essential employee during inclement weather days.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Candidate must possess any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school. Secretarial/clerical required. Office computer skills with commonly used software programs required.
