Maintenance Worker- General

QUALIFICATIONS:
(1) High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
(2) One (1) year experience in one trade area.
(3) Commercial Driver’s License is a plus.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Basic skills in construction trades. Working knowledge of and use of tools essential to the construction trade. Ability to read and follow instructions. Ability to work in a team situation.
