The Dishwasher at Lilac Tiger maintains the flow, washing, and cleaning of dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen utensils (and similar items), and work areas. Lilac Tiger is a dual-concept restaurant with a fine dining tasting menu room, as well as fast casual cocktail bar/restaurant, so there is a need to keep work spaces organized, sanitary, and efficient. The Dishwasher also supports with sweeping and mopping floors, as well as tasks pertaining to kitchen, patio, and courtyard maintenance when called upon (e.g. removing trash, recycling, breaking down boxes, sweeping alleyway, etc.).

We are a small (approximately 15 employees) restaurant and bar, and so we want someone to join the team that is interested in growing with us and being a part of our communicative environment.

Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $20.00)
