Job Summary:

The Front Desk Coordinator at Sagestone Spa is responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing spa appointments, and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations. This position plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing accurate information, coordinating guest services, and supporting the daily function of the spa. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, guest-focused, and passionate about wellness and hospitality.

  • Onsite: Sagestone Spa at Red Mountain Resort
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Part-Time
  • Pay Rate: $15 - $16/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Responsibilities
  • Greet all spa guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming arrival experience
  • Schedule spa treatments and fitness services accurately using spa booking software
  • Check guests in and out of appointments, confirm schedules, and process payments
  • Provide detailed information about spa treatments, amenities, and product offerings
  • Coordinate with spa providers and locker attendants to ensure timely guest flow and service delivery
  • Maintain accurate and organized guest records, waivers, and intake forms
  • Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails in a prompt and professional manner
  • Support spa retail operations including merchandising, inventory, and product sales
  • Address guest questions and concerns with a service-focused approach and escalate issues as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and relaxation lounge
  • Assist Spa Manager with administrative tasks such as daily reports and scheduling support
Qualifications
  • 12 years of front desk, spa, or hospitality experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with spa scheduling software or booking systems preferred (e.g., Book4Time, Mindbody)
  • Ability to multi-task in a calm and professional manner
  • Interest or background in wellness, spa, or health-related services is a plus
  • Must be comfortable using computers, phones, and POS systems
  • Availability for weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts required
