Job Summary:
The Complex Food & Beverage Manager - Support is a flexible leadership role supporting all food and beverage outlets at both Red Mountain Resort and Black Desert Resort. This individual provides on-site management coverage wherever needed, ensuring smooth operations, consistent guest experiences, and strong team collaboration. The F&B Manager upholds brand standards, supports staff development, and partners with executive chefs and outlet GMs to elevate dining operations across both properties.

- Salary Range: $70,000 This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

- Manage compliance with safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies across venues
- Support training of new hires and onboarding for seasonal or cross-property staff
- Assist with reporting, payroll reviews, ordering support, and inventory tracking when needed
- Step into leadership roles during manager vacations, absences, or busy periods to ensure seamless continuity
- Actively engage with guests, handling service recovery when necessary and ensuring exceptional dining experiences
- 35 years of leadership experience in food and beverage or hospitality management
- Proven ability to lead and support teams across multiple outlets or operations
- Experience in both casual and fine dining environments strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, food safety protocols, and labor management tools
- Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and team-building skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic, guest-focused environments
- Must be at least 21 years old and hold or be able to obtain a valid Utah Alcohol Server Permit
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
