The Lead Cook will support daily kitchen operations, lead the line during service, and help maintain the high standards Mileta is known for. Ideal candidates have a strong culinary foundation, leadership skills, and a passion for quality and teamwork.

Details:
Evening shifts, WednesdaySunday. Closed Monday & Tuesday.
Competitive pay, insurance after 6 months of employment.

Requirements:
24 years kitchen experience (leadership experience preferred).
Strong cooking techniques, attention to detail, and organization.
Food safety knowledge (ServSafe a plus).
