Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and personable Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our patients from the moment they enter our facility. Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with inquiries.
• Verify patient information, insurance coverage, and collect necessary payments.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and patient records management.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service and address patient concerns or issues promptly.

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes is beneficial but not required.
