Office Support Staff Job Description As an Office Support Staff member, you will be the welcoming face for guests and visitors, efficiently handling incoming and outgoing mail, and ensuring the accuracy of outgoing orders. You will operate as a key support within the office, performing data entry tasks and building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Responsibilities Welcome guests and visitors with professionalism and warmth. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring organization and accuracy. Operate as a support staff within the office, assisting HR and other departments as needed. Perform data entry tasks with precision. Build and maintain customer relationships through effective communication. Deal professionally with customers, vendors, and fellow employees via phone, email, and in person. Essential Skills Proven experience as a receptionist. Strong customer service and support skills. Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office. Ability to manage front desk responsibilities.
