What You\'ll Be Doing: Inspect guest rooms, hallways, andpublic areas for cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance standardsProvide feedback and support to Room Attendants to ensure consistentquality and efficiency Document and report maintenance issues orhousekeeping discrepancies promptly Assist with training new teammembers in cleaning procedures and hotel standards Help coordinate dailyroom assignments and manage workflow based on occupancy Communicateeffectively with Front Desk and Engineering teams regarding roomreadiness and guest needs Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance withall hotel and departmental procedures Step in to assist with roomcleaning or supply restocking as needed What We\'re Looking For: Priorhousekeeping or hospitality experience required; inspector orsupervisory experience preferred Strong attention to detail and apassion for high standards Excellent organizational and time-managementskills Ability to lead and coach a team in a respectful, supportive wayGood communication skills and ability to interact with diverse teammembers and guests Ability to work flexible hours including weekends andholidays A positive attitude and pride in providing a clean, welcomingenvironment What\'s In It For You?
