As a Dishwasher at Grand Geneva, you will sort, wash, and returndishes and utensils to food operations throughout the hotel, maintaininga clean and efficient workspace. Operate andmaintain dish machine to standards, efficiently processing dishes andutensils. Unload dish machine, stack, store, and return dishes andutensils to proper area of kitchen. Maintain cleanliness in dish areaand kitchen, including emptying garbage cans and performing generalcleaning tasks. Ensure floor safety by sweeping, mopping, and drying,and transport soiled ware to designated areas. Handle cleaning chemicalssafely, wipe down countertops, restock supplies, and assist withequipment movement. Set up equipment and bus stations for efficientservice, anticipating event order needs and performing additionalassigned duties. What do you bring to the role? No prior experiencerequired. Past experience in fast food, stewarding, stockingmerchandise, food service, restaurants or general housekeeping helpful.Ability to tolerate varied working conditions and perform physicalactivities like standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 75 lbs,pushing up to 150 lbs, and working in fast-paced, noisy, and potentiallyconfining environments.
