Bartender must have 6 months experience and MUST be TABC certified.

Bartenders mix drinks and serve them directly to customers or through wait staff.

Cook must have 6 months Grilling experience.

The Cook will prepare, season, and cook meats and vegetables using skill in frying, grilling and sauteing. Prepare, season, and cook starches, vegetables and other side hot food items. Performs food preparation work for cooking, including seasoning. Measures and mixes ingredients according to recipe.

Servers will take orders, answer questions about the menu and food, sell the restaurant's food and drinks, take payment, communicate orders with the kitchen staff, seat customers, and help with customer service and cleaning.

Hours and shifts will vary to include weekends.
