Kimball Area Public Schools is seeking applicants for a full-time lead custodian at the high school. This position is part of the non-licensed agreement and is a year round position. The salary range is $17.73 - $22.20 per hour based on experience. Benefits offered are Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Long Term Disability, Sick Leave, Personal Leave, Vacation Leave, 403(b) and twelve paid holidays. A typical work schedule is Monday Friday; (school year hours are 6:00 a.m. 2:30 p.m. summer hours are 7:00 a.m. 3:30 p.m.) The ideal candidate should have 2nd class or 1st class boiler license, interest or background in electromechanical devices and a strong attention to detail when maintaining a clean and safe facility. Duties include opening and readying the building for students and staff, general maintenance & cleaning, snow removal from walkways and other custodial duties as assigned.
