Job Details: Hospitality Manager Job Title: Hospitality Manager Job Type: Temp to Hire Pay Rate: $18.03/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM, with flexibility required for evening (up to 8-9 PM) and occasional weekend events. Location: Cleveland, Ohio 44114 Position Responsibilities: Hospitality Manager Provide high-quality food and beverage setup and service for conferences and events. Set up and break down conference rooms according to event orders, maintaining cleanliness standards. Manage conference and hospitality calendars, greeting clients and guests professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchens, pantries, and meeting rooms. Perform general office maintenance, including trash removal, cleaning, and restocking supplies. Potentially assist with general clerical, mail, and delivery duties as needed. Position Requirements: Hospitality Manager Previous hospitality experience in the food industry (e.g., restaurant, banquet serving, conference room setups, food ordering). Strong social skills, professionalism, and excellent email etiquette. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with professionals. Computer literacy, including an understanding of Microsoft Office and Excel. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks involving lifting, bending, and walking.
