Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician who’s ready to tackle mechanical and electrical challenges head-on, drive performance, and make real improvements on the floor every day.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues to keep production on track
  
  
• Perform preventive maintenance and complete work orders using SAP
  
  
• Keep equipment running smoothly through setup, startup, shutdowns, and changeovers
  
  
• Repair and maintain pneumatic, hydraulic, and steam systems
  
  
• Read schematics and even fabricate small machine parts or guards when needed
  
  
• Help improve and document maintenance processes to reduce repeat failures
