Job DetailsMiel restaurant is looking for a dedicated culinarian to join our team. We are a seasonally driven restaurant with a constantly changing menu. Our ideal candidate has the skills and desire to collaborate with our chefs on new menu items and to work in a truly scratch kitchen.
We take great pride in our sustainability efforts, sourcing of product, our on-site garden, composting food waste and our partnerships with local farmers.
Skills Needed:
Sanitation and food safety, basic knife skills, organization and time management, executing a la carte menu items on a hot line, garde manger, baking & pastry skills.
Details:
We serve dinner only Tuesday- Saturday. Our event space + covered patio books all week but working Sundays + Mondays is rare and with plenty of notice.
The Restaurant closes two weeks of the year for staff break.
We have an open kitchen.
We are a small team at Miel that prioritizes a supportive + healthy work-life balance.

Family meal daily.
