We are seeking skilled, personable Bartender who would thrive in fast-paced, hospitality-focused environments. Bartenders at ino are responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails, curating memorable guest experiences at the bar, and maintaining a poised and engaging presence throughout service. Ideal candidates bring deep product knowledge, technical precision, and a passion for connecting with guests.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of classic and contemporary cocktails

  • Personable, articulate, and confident with outstanding communication skills

  • Proven ability to multitask and stay composed in high-pressure environments

  • Previous experience in upscale or high-volume cocktail bars; knowledge of Italian spirits and aperitivi is a plus

  • Strong wine, beer, and spirits knowledge

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to cleanliness and consistency

  • Familiarity with POS systems and bar inventory protocols

  • Must be punctual, organized, and work with urgency and care

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

  • NYC Food Handlers Certificate preferred or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beer with speed, accuracy, and artistry

  • Engage guests warmly and knowledgeably, offering guidance on beverage selections

  • Uphold a polished and welcoming demeanor, whether behind the bar or on the floor

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels at the bar throughout service

  • Follow precise recipes and preparation methods to ensure consistency and quality

  • Manage tabs, input orders, and process payments through POS with accuracy

  • Assist servers and support staff in delivering seamless guest experiences

  • Comply with DOH safety and sanitation standards at all times

  • Stay proactive, observant, and responsive to guest needs
