Job DetailsThe Alderman at Motto Times Square is seeking dedicated and energetic server assistants to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless coordination between front and back-of-house operations. For those looking to grow within the food & beverage industry, this position provides an excellent opportunity to develop essential hospitality skills in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Setting up and breaking down service areas, including stations, tables, and both front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the menu, including food and beverage offerings, to accurately present items to guests.
Running food to tables efficiently, adhering to company service standards.
Learning and understanding seat and table numbers to ensure smooth service.
Polishing glassware, silverware, and all service items to maintain the restaurants refined presentation.
Bussing tables with precision, ensuring proper resets between courses and maintaining cleanliness throughout service.
Properly handling silverware, glassware, mise en place boxes, and trays in accordance with Renwick Hospitality service standards.
Assisting with stocking and replenishing service items to support smooth operations.
Supporting servers and bartenders with guest needs, such as refilling water glasses and providing additional table settings.
Upholding a warm and welcoming environment for guests and team members alike, following our 10/4 Rule acknowledge guests within 10 feet, greet them within 4 feet.
Demonstrating reliability by arriving on time and being an engaged team member.
Important Information:
A minimum of 3 shifts per week , with a maximum of 5 shifts . Our goal is to provide 4 shifts weekly , averaging at least 30 hours based on business needs.
Must be flexible between morning and evening shifts . Please be clear about any scheduling expectations, as this may impact hiring decisions.

Compensation DetailsCompensation: Hourly ($11.00) plus tips
