- 1+ years of experience in events coordination, purchasing, and/or procurement.
- Proven experience working with vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing logistics.
- Recent (within 3 years) office work environment experience.
- Advanced English communication skills (speak, read, write) in a business setting.
- Intermediate Spanish communication skills (speak, read, write) in a business setting.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Managing event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and AV.
- Developing event agendas and timelines.
- Managing event registrations and attendee communication.
- Ensuring events run smoothly and meet objectives.
