Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Temporary Talent Coordinator for a company based in Morrow, GA . This role is ideal for a proactive, results-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about connecting top talent with meaningful opportunities.
Pay Rate
$17 -$18 /hour Based on experience
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 00 am to 5 00 pm. Role Overview As a Temporary Full-Cycle Talent Coordinator , you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles across departments. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, extending offers, and facilitating onboarding, all while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Outreach: Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals to build a diverse candidate pipeline.
• Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
• Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Candidate Engagement: Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage pre-employment screenings and background checks.
• Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate reports on recruitment metrics.
• Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices comply with relevant employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
