Dishwasher/Pot Washer/Porter

*Reports to:* Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef

*Job Summary:*

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher/Pot Washer/Porter to join our restaurant team. As a crucial member of our kitchen staff, you'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen by washing dishes, pots, and pans. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will help ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen and the quality of our food service.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Wash dishes, pots, and pans in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, including the dishwasher, sinks, and surrounding counters
- Ensure all dishes, pots, and pans are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to kitchen standards
- Assist with cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, utensils, and storage areas
- Restock dishwashing supplies and maintain adequate inventory levels
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive team environment
- Adhere to all kitchen safety and sanitation protocols

*Requirements:*

- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to communicate and take orders in English
