Parks Maintenance Worker

Our client, a leading property maintenance company, is seeking a Skilled Handyman to join their team. As a Skilled Handyman, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting property upkeep and repair tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Perform general handyman duties, including carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and painting

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of properties

• Repair and replace fixtures, appliances, and minor structural components

• Ensure all tasks meet safety and quality standards

• Work a full-time schedule (Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM)

• Previous experience in handyman work or general maintenance

• Ability to perform minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and masonry tasks

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Reliable transportation and ability to work 40 hours per week
