Job Title: Guest Services Representative Company: The Goodstone Inn & Restaurant Reports To: Guest Services Manager
Schedule: Mornings, Mid-day, Evenings (5 days a week), including Weekends

As the first point of contact, youll join a high-energy team committed to outstanding hospitalityfrom handling reservations and welcoming guests to ensuring a smooth check-in and departure experience. Your role is key in anticipating and fulfilling guest needs with warmth and efficiency.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide the highest quality of service to the guests at all times, anticipate guest needs, and exceed their expectations.
  • Personal accountability for achieving established guest service standards
  • Handle guest reservations; always answer the telephone within two rings with a smile and answer questions accordingly or transfer as needed.
  • Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and effectively explain common reports, guest folios, and emergency procedures.
  • Effectively operate the inns computer systems (Maestro and Aloha).
  • Possess working knowledge of all reservation procedures.
  • Follow the correct check-in/check-out Goodstone procedures.
  • Communicate with the team and management professionally and positively.
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of all guest and hotel information and material.
  • Attend work on time as scheduled and adhere to the attendance policy.
  • Assist Concierge Services as needed, arranging and coordinating guest experiences on-site.


Qualifications and Skills
  • 1+ year of hospitality or customer service experience
  • Strong computer and typing skills (Microsoft Office proficiency)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure
  • Team player with a positive, flexible attitude
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Must be at least 18 years old
