SUMMARY OF DUTIES:Warmly greet guests, ensuring they feel welcomed.Guide guests through every phase of their experience.Demonstrate thorough knowledge, service techniques, and delivery of food and beverage offerings.Oversee bar maintenance and coordinate service with fellow team members.Maintain a sense of urgency to provide anticipatory service, addressing guests needs and appreciating the fine details of service.Communicate with management and service staff regarding customer needs, comments, or incidents.Perform all assigned opening and closing duties.
PAY SCALE: Hourly Non-Exempt from $18.67 Plus Tips.
