Housekeeping/ Janitorial Associate

Hours : 3:30 AM to 11:30 AM, includes some weekends

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our Building Maintenance team at Raintree Country Club. The ideal candidate will take pride in the cleanliness and overall appearance of the club's facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and sanitize all areas of clubhouse, restaurant, tennis building, and golf course restrooms.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
• Replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products and notify management when supplies are low.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.

Qualifications :
• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to work early morning hours.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills; English-Spanish bilingual a plus.
• Legally authorized to operate a motor vehicle.

Physical Demands :
• Frequently stands, walks, climbs stairs.
• Regularly uses hands, pushes, pulls, reaches with arms and hands, talks and hears.
• Occasionally climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls, crouches.
• Regularly lifts up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.
• Occasionally operates a golf cart.
