As an Etaru Housekeeper, you are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of ourrestroom facilities and ensuring that guests have a pleasant and comfortableexperience during their visit. Inaddition to restroom maintenance, you will assist with other general cleaningand organizational tasks as needed.

Brought to the United States by Rainer Becker, co-founder and creator of Zuma restaurants worldwide and ROKA London, ETARU, is a restaurant featuring contemporary Japanese robatayaki grill cuisine. Offering casual, yet sophisticated, dining at the second-story restaurant, bar & terrace, the space is equally divided indoor and out. The beach bar offers a more relaxed environment with service directly to the sand (Friday Sunday).

Main Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in restroom facilities, ensuring surfaces are wiped down, trash receptacles are emptied, and the area remains hygienic for guests
  • Restock restroom supplies such as soap, hand towels, and toilet paper to ensure consistent availability for guests and employees
  • Greet guests warmly as they enter the restroom area, offering assistance with towels, hand soap, or other amenities
  • Clean and organize additional areas such as stairs, hallways, and storage spaces to ensure a safe, tidy, and visually appealing environment

  • A genuine love for culinary experiences & a passion for Japanese cuisine
  • Proven experience as Host or a similar role in a luxury high-volume restaurant
  • A natural team player who is at home working in sync with a large team
  • Naturally friendly, customer-oriented, and skilled at creating memorable dining experiences
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred, with a demonstrated ability to provide attentive and courteous service to guests in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
