About the Role:
We’re looking for an engaging, detail-oriented, and hands-on Hotel Housekeeping Manager to lead and inspire our housekeeping team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across the property, ensuring a consistently outstanding experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service
- Ensure all rooms and public spaces meet brand and company cleanliness standards
- Monitor inventory and ensure timely supply ordering
- Collaborate with hotel leadership to enhance guest satisfaction scores
- Implement operational improvements and foster a positive team culture
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to cleanliness and guest service excellence
- Specific brand experience preferred
- Proficient in English language/Bilingual is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays
