Reporting to the Personal Lines Manager, you will be member of the Personal Lines Customer Service team and responsible for servicing clients within the personal lines division. This individual should be highly motivated; detail oriented and maintains strong communication and relationship building skills
How you create impact- Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing clients
- Account service including review of documentation for routine policy changes, renewals, cancellations
- Research and investigate information to enable strategic decision making for the client
- Participate in meetings, conferences and project team activities
- Preparation of all client facing documentation including invoices, letters, renewal documents, pink slips, binders of insurance etc.
- Quote, write & upload new business within Nacoras corporate guidelines
- Administration of the client renewal process and o rganization of client documentation

What we would like you to bring- Degree/Diploma in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
- 1+ years of customer service experience in an insurance brokerage, focusing on personal lines.
- RIBO License (mandatory).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet retention goals.
- Experience with EPIC and Compu-Quote is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CAIB, CIP, CRM or equivalent working knowledge is an asset
