Compensation: Starting at $17.85 per hour , Part-Time Thursday, Fridays, Saturdays; 5-hour shifts, and during banquet events so flexibility is a huge plus!

Summary of Position:

The Dishwasher is responsible for washing the dishes, pots and silverware, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding area. Will also assist the culinary team and food & beverage associates and leaders with projects and culinary execution as needed. We are an individual who is available for AM or PM shifts and especially Thursday through Saturday!

Essential Functions:

Wash dishes, plates, glasses, silverware, and small wares to health department standards

Clean overall kitchen, walls, floors, and stainless steel

Stock and organize plates, small wares, etc.

Other supportive functions as determined by the Banquet & Culinary Supervisor, Operations Supervisor, Operations Manager and General Manager.

Qualifications:

Education: High School diploma preferred

Certificates or Licenses: Coconino County Food Service Worker card/certification

Experience: Food and beverage experience preferred but not required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Basic sanitation skills

Knowledge of dishwashing procedures and standards set by the health department

Personal Characteristics :

Behaves ethically and honestly

Communicates effectively: Speaks and listens and engages in a clear, thorough, and timely manner, effectively reading and writing, using the English language (preferred)

Professional Appearance: Exhibits an appearance appropriate for a professional work environment (Specific grooming standards are available for review)
